Role Overview: As a Utility Bill Associate at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Customer Support vertical to manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints, and provide the best resolutions. Your responsibilities will include closing faults and complaints within SLAs. Backoffice in Data and AI involves administrative and support functions for data processing, management, and analysis, such as data entry and email and chat processes. You will play a crucial role in recording, diagnosing, troubleshooting, resolving, or assigning incidents and service requests for non-voice interactions like email, web, and chat.
