This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model. We’re looking forward to seeing you in the office 3 times per week. We are looking for a Legal Associate with strong experience in corporate governance and corporate control to join the legal team at Klar. You will be responsible for managing the corporate control of the group’s entities, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory obligations, as well as overseeing and tracking the litigation matters involving the company. This is a role with high exposure and learning opportunities within a regulated financial environment, ideal for someone looking to specialize and grow as an expert in corporate, financial, and regulatory law at Klar
