Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain data analytics solutions to provide actionable insights for strategic and operational business decisions. - Prepare financial information, business reviews, and analysis for Region and local management teams to support planning, budgeting, decision making, and controlling. - Act as a business partner for the Country Head, offering active finance support for business development projects and strategic initiatives. - Assist in monitoring growth-oriented actions and playbook strategies to ensure correct implementation and consistent follow-up. - Challenge and optimize the financial performance by evaluating the business structure and organization set up. - Monitor and analyze monthly results against budget/forecasts, initiating improvement activities, and presenting financial performance reports according to corporate guidelines. - Implement Kalmar Finance & Control policies, processes, and tools consistently and ensure awareness among all functions. - Assist in preparing and reviewing business cases and financial analyses for projects, sales opportunities, tenders, and contracts. Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA). Chartered Accountants (CA)/ Cost Accountants (CMA) preferred. Background in finance combined with data analytics, statistics, or information systems is advantageous. - Minimum of 5 years' experience in Finance, preferably in the industrial segment with experience in Sales organization for the machinery industry. - Experience with data visualization tools, SQL-based analysis, cloud data environments, and good knowledge of finance and business control processes. - Competencies in analytical skills, data-driven storytelling, finance process management, communication, and stakeholder relationship building. - Knowledge of integrated ERP systems, financial consolidation systems, and advanced spreadsheet modeling skills.
