Qualifications
3+ years as a Site Superintendent, or an accomplished Senior Foreman looking to advance into a Site Superintendent role. - Proficient in verbal and written English, able to provide clear direction and maintain professional communication. - Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and manage crews and subcontractors. - Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts, identifying scope gaps or additional work. - Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail. - Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Effective time management and organizational skills. - Competent in computer skills for daily reports, logs, and safety documentation. - Commitment to leading a safety-first worksite.
