The position is primarily responsible in ensuring availability of the Company’s products at Trade Accounts in the assigned territory. To support this primary responsibility, objectives in Sales, Forecast, Accounts Receivable (AR), Returns and Customer Call must be achieved. This will focus on Quezon City territories. For QC 2: QC area. along E. Rodriguez Ave QC and Q. Ave Accounts are SLMC QC and BGC, DLSMC, NCH, AFP, Providence, Capitol Med Center etc. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieves assigned targets and expectation on Sales, Forecast, Account Receivables (AR), Returns and Customer Calls. - Follows set monthly Master Productivity Plan (MPP) and Execution and implementation of the initial stocking plan. - Develops rapport with trade customers to strengthen business relationship and gain advantage vs. other suppliers. - Performs market insights gathering activities (Rx Surveys, Price Surveys, potential business opportunities and competitor activities) and recommends action plans to boost sales and conducts regular coordination meeting with Business Partner representatives for planning and alignment purposes. - Timely and accurate submission of standard reports such as Weekly Expense Report (WER), Master Productivity Plan (MPP) Report, Collection Tracker and Weekly Forecast update and other required ad hoc reports. - Implements Trade Marketing Programs and other merchandising activities and submits post activity report to assess effectiveness as well as conduct business reviews and joint planning activities with Trade Customers and Business Partners to establish reasons for sales and Accounts Receivable (AR) performance deviation, identify opportunities and address gaps. - Upholds the Getz Healthcare Code of Conduct and Core Values while responsibly managing company assets, maintaining organized records, and performing additional assigned tasks as needed. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related healthcare field. - Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in hospital sales, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sales, preferably within a multinational or regional healthcare company. - Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, and customer relationship development within hospital or clinical settings. Experience in identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions. - Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes, clinical workflows, and medical technologies. Ability to communicate complex product information clearly to healthcare professionals. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical thinking, adaptability, and a proactive, customer-centric mindset. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
