As our , you’ll lead and grow a high-performing engineering team while staying hands-on. You’ll mentor engineers, contribute to production code and drive technical direction and quality. This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. We expect you to push for excellence and raise the bar. 📍 Remote with overlap to our New York City HQ (EST)
