SVP, People

• 10+ years of experience in People, Talent, or HR leadership roles, ideally within high-growth, venture-backed companies
• Proven track record of improving and scaling People functions over time
• Experience operating at or near the executive level, with exposure to leadership and board-level discussions
• Strong background across multiple areas of People, including recruiting, performance management, compensation, and org design

What We Offer

The expected offer for this role includes the following components:

• Base Salary Range: $250,000 - $290,000 per year. - Additional Compensation: This role is eligible for a discretionary performance bonus and equity options. - Benefits: We offer a competitive benefits package. More on our careers page. Please note, we have a strong preference for candidates based in New York City.

Final compensation for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including a candidate's relevant skills, experience, labor market conditions, and location.
