As a Jr. Executive / Executive in the Human Resource Department at Rajkot location, your main purpose of the job is to drive HR & Learning strategies within the organization. You will be responsible for identifying & analyzing learning gaps, designing delivery structures, delivering training programs, implementing learning modules, and enhancing employee skills to support the company's value system. Job Responsibilities:
A. Learning & Development:
Analyze training needs through various sources and develop new training programs. - Evaluate training program effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback. - Plan, develop & provide training programs using various methods. - Prepare training budget and annual training calendar. - Identify training needs based on business requirements and technological advancements. - Develop training manuals, visual aids, and educational materials. - Keep training modules updated and relevant. - Facilitate testing and evaluation procedures. - Conduct induction, orientation sessions, and on-the-job training. - Drive internal train-the-trainer initiatives. - Conduct ongoing technical training and personal development classes. - Maintain training records and MIS. B. Talent Management & Talent Acquisition:
Develop recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs. - Conduct searches for qualified candidates using various sources. - Proactively plan open positions and fulfill recruitment within timelines. - Utilize various resources for candidate searches. - Coordinate recruitment activities and maintain recruitment records.
