As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating with team members to ensure alignment with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. You will conduct meetings with project team members to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Your role will involve planning and executing internal COE activities effectively. Additionally, you will submit project deliverables while ensuring adherence to quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information. - Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution. - Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other necessary documents for successful implementation and turnover of processes or systems to clients. Qualifications:
Must be a team player with strong collaborative skills. - Possession of PMP certification is considered an added advantage. - Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
