Designing, implementing, and maintaining workflow-related UI features in hx Renew, delivering user interfaces that are both performant and reliable. - Translating designs into production-ready React components using shadcn and tailwindcss, ensuring alignment with hx’s design system. - Acting as the primary frontend voice within your product team, collaborating with product managers, backend engineers, and designers to define requirements and solutions. - Extending and maintaining hx’s shared component library, driving consistency and scalability across multiple product teams. - Leading by example within the frontend community, supporting less-experienced engineers through mentoring, reviews, and shared learning. - Improving reliability through rigorous testing (unit, component, integration) and strengthening CI/CD processes for frontend delivery. # What you’ll need to have done
Delivered large-scale React applications in production, demonstrating mastery of component design, state management, and frontend architecture. - Built and maintained design systems or component libraries that enabled consistent and accessible UIs across multiple products or teams. - Implemented complex frontend features involving API integrations and business logic that improved usability and performance for end users. - Strengthened engineering practices by introducing or enhancing testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for frontend systems. - Led or mentored peers within a frontend engineering community, raising quality through code reviews, documentation, or technical guidance. - Worked effectively in cross-functional product teams, demonstrating ownership, adaptability, and a focus on delivering impact for users. #
