As an administrative and operational support personnel for logistics activities at Oceaneering, your role involves ensuring accurate shipment tracking, agent coordination, documentation management, and adherence to internal logistics protocols. Key Responsibilities:
Track import and export shipments, providing timely updates to stakeholders. - Prepare, review, and verify shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and AWB / BL. - Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal trackers according to company protocols. - Coordinate with freight forwarders, Custom House Agents (CHA), and internal teams for efficient shipment execution. - Assist in import/export documentation and ensure compliance with requirements. - Support shipment booking, delivery coordination, and follow-ups until final delivery. - Monitor shipment progress, address delays or issues, and escalate exceptions as necessary. - Receive, verify, and coordinate freight and clearing invoices, ensuring correct reference numbers. - Assist in invoice submission to Finance. - Maintain proper filing of logistics documents, supporting audits, MIS reporting, and data requests. - Provide general administrative support to the logistics department. Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in commerce, Science, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. - Basic understanding of shipping procedures, freight documentation, and logistics workflows. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office package, with a focus on Excel. Key Responsibilities:
