Location: Indore | Work From Office Salary: 11,000 15,000 In-Hand (Up to 20,000 CTC) Working Days: 6 Days a Week Shift: Rotational Shifts with Rotational Week Off

*Eligibility:*

• Graduate/ Undergraduate
• Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience can apply
• Good English and Hindi communication skills
• Immediate joiners preferred

*Job Responsibilities:*

• Handle customer queries through chat support
• Resolve order-related issues, refunds, and replacement requests
• Maintain quality and accuracy in customer interactions
• Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction

*Note:* No leaves will be permitted during the initial 3 months
