As a candidate for the position, you will play a crucial role in operations and strategic decision-making for the Payments and Shopping (Commerce) product areas. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Partnering with APAC commerce leadership to develop recommendations on forward-looking initiatives and drive their implementation. - Defining partnerships Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for new and existing features across Payments and Shopping teams. - Managing key operational workflows such as quarterly business reviews (QBR) and setting objectives and key results (OKR), and analyzing business performance to identify areas for improvement. - Supporting business planning and cross-functional coordination with Product, marketing, GTM, and other functions. - Contributing to the development of an APAC voice on product priorities to positively influence global product strategy. Qualifications required for this role include:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory experience, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree. - 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders. Preferred qualifications include:
Master's degree. - Experience leading and executing complex strategic and operational initiatives for large organizations. - Ability to develop frameworks and understand complex business constructs and macro-environments. - Ability to guide decision-making and articulate business needs and solutions. - Ability to quickly grasp new product and market related concepts and excel in ambiguous situations. - Excellent stakeholder and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across various functions.
