Tech Lead- Full Stack

As a Full Stack Developer at our company, your role will involve leading the Architecture, Design, and Full Stack Development using Python / Gramex + Frontend technologies for the desired features. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining web applications using Python / Gramex & JavaScript frameworks. - Collaborating with UX/UI designers to implement design into the code for Full Stack Development. - Ensuring high performance and responsiveness of the application(s). - Writing clean, scalable, and well-documented code. - Integrating third-party APIs and services for the features being developed. - Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing software, including API data exchange. - Preparing Technical documentation, including design specs and user guides. - Working closely with PM, BA, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. - Having experience with Agile / SCRUM based development processes and methodologies, including knowledge of the relevant tools. - Knowledge of Cloud Based solutions is a plus, as it is essential to understand the overall application architecture. Qualifications required for this role include a degree in IT/CSE or a related field, or MCA. Cloud Certification is desired but not mandatory. To be eligible for this position, you should have:
• 8+ years of experience in the industry, including at least 2 years of experience working with Python / Gramex, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript (frontend) as a Full Stack Developer. - Delivered 4+ projects in your professional career.
