Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Als Inside Sales Engineer maak je deel uit van het Gearboxes (GB) team. In deze rol fungeer je als interne schakel tussen ons hoogtechnologisch productieaanbod, het internationale sales team en onze klanten. Je vormt een brug in twee richtingen: enerzijds ondersteun je verkopers en klanten, anderzijds stem je af met interne afdelingen zoals productie, inkoop, planning, engineering maar ook verzending, finance en services. Je maakt onder andere technische selecties en offertes en adviseert klanten over de juiste producten en oplossingen, gebaseerd op hun technische eisen en toepassingen. Je leert om op basis van specificaties de juiste componenten te selecteren en daarbij ondersteun je onze buitendienst om orders binnen te halen. Daarnaast behandel je orders van onze klanten ter voorbereiding op de engineering, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met je collega's van engineering. Je volgt het proces nauwgezet op, van orderverwerking tot en met verzending. Jouw profiel en persoonlijkheid Je hebt minstens een Bachelor/A2 diploma binnen een STEM richting of hebt relevante technische ervaring Je hebt affiniteit voor techniek en staat te popelen om meer te weten te komen over onze producten en expertise Je bent klantgericht en bijgevolg communicatief sterk, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels Jij ziet technisch advies en contact met klanten niet als uitdaging, maar als kans Je bent leergierig, nauwkeurig en je flexibiliteit is een grote troef Je bent geen solo-speler, teamwork makes the dream work!
