Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering from Tier I/II; MBA from Tier II/III is a plus. - Experience: Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in an IT environment. - Technical Skills: Robust technical background with the ability to understand complex engineering concepts and processes. - Project Management: Demonstrated project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and initiatives. - Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders. - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. - Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
