Job Title: Senior Vice President, Security / Chief Security Officer Job Category: Security Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 25% Type of Travel: Local * * * The Opportunity: CACI is seeking a Senior Vice President, Chief Security Officer (CSO) to provide leadership and guidance to ensure the execution of our client's security program and deliver best-in-class service. The CSO will be intimately familiar with personnel security and the nuances that can impact placement of CACI personnel on classified contracts. Responsibilities: The SVP, Security and Chief Security Officer will provide leadership and guidance to roughly 130 FSOs who execute the security program at CACI. Additionally, manage the physical security program for all CACI facilities to include 142+ locations that have Sensitive Compartment Information Facilities and other secure areas/locations. This individual will have direct oversight of the Threat Management program, which includes insider threat, counterintelligence, and workplace violence activities. The CSO will have working knowledge of executive protection to include residential security for the CEO and/or other senior leaders at CACI. The CSO will join the organization with an existing, well-developed network of government security leaders or, at a minimum, name recognition across various government organizations and relationships with fellow CSOs in the DIB. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 15 years related experience in a leadership role. Business Acumen: Ability to plan and execute a budget and support numerous classified contracts to drive growth. Relationship Development: Experience working across a complex organization at the program level (including the executive leadership team), as well as building strong relationships with customer security teams. Expertise in the NISPOM and Intelligence Community directives. Large Scale Project and Change Management: Ability to effectively communicate changes to the security workforce and inspire the team to provide the best support to all of the organization's lines of business. Experience providing clear guidance to a large security workforce, to include: the interpretation of security policy and execution for the line of business leaders, external audiences (including various affinity groups and the network of fellow CSOs in the DIB). Experience with organizational growth, including scalable, efficient security solutions to meet ever-changing demands of a rapidly growing organization. - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.
