As an HR Business Partner at our company, you will play a crucial role in carrying out our people initiatives, providing excellent support to employees and managers, coaching leaders, and driving HR programs and process improvement. You will report to the HRBP Lead in Hyderabad, India. - Partner with business leaders to deliver business objectives and identify necessary people enablers for achieving results. - Navigate rapidly changing work environments and cultures with confidence, thrive in ambiguous and high-growth settings, and proactively engage to drive value. - Provide guidance to managers and employees on complex performance issues, offering solid advice on legal and regulatory trends to mitigate business risks. - Maintain a deep understanding of legal requirements related to employee management, reducing legal risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with the legal department when necessary. - Improve work relationships, boost morale, enhance productivity, and increase retention through close collaboration with management and employees. - Offer HR policy guidance, partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring goals, and assist with HR communications and training for managers on new programs, systems, and processes. - Provide input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning, collaborating with the People Operations team and influencing leaders positively. - Identify training needs for business units and provide executive coaching as necessary, evaluating and monitoring training programs to ensure success. - Handle sensitive and confidential data with discretion and outstanding judgment.
