Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain drilling rigs and equipment for geotechnical test borings. - Collect and document soil and rock samples for analysis. - Assure that all drilling functions, including quality control, quality assurance, and verification, are performed in accordance with the standard drilling methods, project specifications, and other contract documents. - Responsible for safety procedures and following company guidelines. - Lead and coordinate in-house drilling operations, including crew supervision, scheduling, and daily field execution
Support a positive team environment by modeling professionalism, accountability, and respectful communication. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. - 2-4 years of geotechnical drilling experience. - Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and heavy equipment. - Valid Driver’s License required (CDL preferred). - Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor environments. - Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including overtime as needed. - Must be able to lift 80+ lbs and perform labor-intensive tasks.
