Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Proper understanding and due diligence of new private market investments until the final target assets held within the investment structure to be acquired by and held by the insurance policies
- Analysis and good understanding of standard private equity deal documentation and agreement
- Enhanced assessment of the valuation of the private market investments as well as all relevant risk factors related to that investment within an insurance policy as a whole
- Ensuring proper documentation and filing of collected and analysed documentation and evidence
- Ensuring proper onboarding of the private market asset including the 1st deposit / mirroring with the custodian bank to be executed within the specific timeframe
- Ensuring accurate application of the corporate private market assets policy and private market assets acceptance procedure.
