Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle
Set quality and performance standards and assess risks
Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for various projects

Escalate issues as necessary according to project work plan
Develop web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability
Experience with ERP, CRM, Sales process, CPQ, Billing, and Salesforce Sales cloud is preferred
Experience as a product owner across multiple scrum teams or at a scrum of scrums level
Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform
Four or more years of project management experience
Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
