Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the real estate market. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activity. - Promote real estate projects through calls, meetings, and site visits. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets. - Follow up with leads generated through marketing and convert them into clients. - Coordinate with the sales team for closures and ongoing client support. - Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and events for lead generation. Qualifications Required:
Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Confident personality with a go-getter attitude. - Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. - Basic understanding of the real estate industry (training will be provided for freshers). - Good presentation and client handling skills. - Own vehicle preferred (site visit requirement).
