As a Closing Team Lead within the Construction industry, you will be responsible for managing a team that specializes in converting qualified leads into successful property sales. Your role will require exceptional client negotiation skills, a proven track record in closing high-value real estate transactions, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling premium residential and commercial projects with a ticket size of 2 Cr and above. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the closing team to ensure consistent achievement of sales and revenue targets. - Preference for experience in handling premium properties with a ticket size of 2 Cr+. - Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering suitable property solutions. - Oversee the entire sales closing cycle including lead follow-up, site visits, negotiations, and final agreement execution. - Collaborate with legal and documentation teams to facilitate smooth processing of agreements and ensure compliance with regulations. - Provide training and support to team members on negotiation techniques and objection handling. - Monitor competitor offerings, market trends, and client feedback to improve the closing process. - Develop and maintain reporting systems for sales conversion rates, deal timelines, and revenue performance. Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field. - 4+ years of experience in real estate closing or high-value property sales. - Proven track record in handling luxury and premium segment deals with a ticket size of 2 Cr+. - Strong understanding of the Mumbai / regional real estate market.
