Qualified CA or MBA in Finance (Rank holder CA or MBA from a premier B School will be an added advantage)

Experience in FP&A Controlling, with a well-rounded finance background in areas such as Financial Planning, Financial Reporting, Accounting, Internal Controls, and Audits. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights. - Excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of delivering results. - Experience in driving productivity in a manufacturing setup would be beneficial. - Exposure to Tax-related topics would be an added advantage.
