Job Description: There is an opportunity for a full-time Houseperson to join our team in Chicago. This important role is responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of the property are maintained by cleaning the common areas of the property, as well as, functioning in a support role to the maintenance team. The ideal candidates must have housekeeping experience with hospitality before. This position will work at multiple Level locations throughout Chicago. What You Will Do: Maintain the cleanliness of all corridors, elevators, elevator landing areas. Re-stock linen closets with supplies, linens and towels for room attendants. Collect dirty linen bags from room attendants. Strip dirty rooms when requested by Management. Move furniture when requested by Manager. Assist co-workers, as requested. Deliver items to guest rooms upon request in a timely manner. Provide customer service to guests, including information about Hotel Services to promote a high-quality living experience for all residents. Ensure corridors are free of dust, walls are free of marks and vacuum hallway carpets. Ensure housekeeping supplies are in stock and inform Management when reordering is necessary Communicates with Management regarding the overall maintenance cleaning function of the property. Complete projects assigned by Management.
