As a Development Program Manager at Ather, you will be responsible for defining and publishing the program's 'true north' to ensure alignment between organizational OKRs, P&L, and technical EPICs. You will track dependencies, risks, and technical 'definition of done' to manage program health effectively. Establishing critical milestones and running Agile rhythms, including PI/sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives will also be part of your role. Proactively identifying and mitigating risks throughout planning and delivery phases, championing the APDS for continuous improvements, and driving the removal of execution impediments will be crucial responsibilities. Additionally, you will facilitate retrospective sessions for process improvements and lead organizational change for smooth transitions to Agile processes. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering with 7-10 years of experience in Program Management
MBA and PMP/Agile Certifications preferred
