Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business unit leaders to ensure equitable treatment of employees in accordance with company policies and practices. - Conduct various initiatives such as Rewards & Recognition, Employee Experience surveys, Townhall, and Engagement initiatives. - Provide guidance and coaching to business units through 1:1 sessions, Skip level meets, and proactive performance management. - Manage employee relations investigations and sensitive employee matters. - Support compensation activities including band validation, payroll inputs, and external branding research. - Ensure timely functional deliverables, compliance with HR operations, and prepare reports on effectiveness for future improvements. Qualifications Required:
Master's degree or an advanced degree in Human Resources. - Proven experience in taking initiative, prioritizing requests, and working independently. - Previous experience in HR Business Partner and operational activities will be advantageous. Role Overview: You will be joining Quantiphi as a Culture & People Partner in Mumbai with 3-6 years of experience. Your role will involve carrying out people initiatives, providing support to employees and managers, and driving HR programs and process improvement.
