Possess 8+ years of hands-on research experience, with a minimum of 5 years in an industry setting (e.g., UX/product research, market research, consulting). - Capable of handling ambiguous or ill-defined areas (user/product/domain). - Experienced in conducting research on new, emerging technologies such as Generative AI. - Deep understanding of the product life cycle and conducts research promptly for maximum impact. - Expertise in quantitative research, including study and survey design, descriptive and inferential statistics. - Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively across various project roles. - Proficient in identifying significant user needs and product issues from study data. - Skilled in connecting different data types to create comprehensive insights and propose product solutions. - Experienced in communicating work at management, director, and VP levels. - Hold an undergraduate degree from a 4-year accredited institution. - **Nice-to-haves:**
