Pre-sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Have a deep understanding of Monday.com's technical capabilities and inner workings
• Participate in demo meetings with prospects and assist in crafting sales pitches and solutions
• Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders
• Build productive relationships internally and externally
• Understand the business drivers and risks for the customer and sell technical solutions with professionalism
• Provide accurate and timely management information
• Adhere to quality and business processes
• Produce compelling technical proposals, estimates, and documentation
• Interface with the project team to articulate customer requirements
• Demonstrate solution products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge

Qualification Required:

• In-depth understanding of Monday.com or similar project management tools
• Working knowledge and experience in process automation for project and task management
• Strong interest in new technology offerings in project and task management
• Good knowledge of integrations and APIs
• Previous experience in requirements gathering, design, and solution building
• Ability to develop effective working relationships internally at various levels
• Organized and analytical, with the ability to eliminate sales obstacles creatively
• Ability to cope under pressure and prioritize work
• Willingness to travel as per client requirements
