You will be responsible for owning and driving the complete Tamil Nadu B2B commercial business through channel partners with full revenue accountability. Additionally, you will lead and manage key 'metal' partners to strengthen the channel ecosystem and accelerate market share growth. Your role will involve driving the One Lenovo business approach, ensuring alignment across PC, Infrastructure (Server Storage), and Solutions portfolios. You will be expected to develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to deliver structured and sustainable growth. Identifying new opportunities across all commercial verticals and building expansion strategies will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will drive server and storage business growth through effective channel engagement, with experience preferred. Some of the preferred experience skills for this role include:
Strong experience in B2B channel sales and partner account management
Exposure to Server Storage business will be an added advantage
Proven ability to manage full regional commercial business ownership
Experience in driving structured JBP and leading impactful QBR discussions
Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills
Proven experience in account management, partner management, or sales-related roles
Strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder management
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies for achieving sales targets
Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales platforms, and productivity software
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
