Key Responsibilities:

Proven experience (10+ years) in leading product teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments. - Strong product management fundamentals across strategy, design thinking, and analytics. - Demonstrated success in building and scaling 0-to-1 products, preferably in fintech, loyalty, or platform domains. - A natural change agent who can challenge the status quo and drive cross-functional alignment. - Deep empathy for users and a passion for solving complex problems. - Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
