As a HR Operations Senior Analyst at People Prime Worldwide, your role involves serving as the primary point of contact for candidates deployed at client locations under company payroll. Your responsibilities include:
Act as the liaison between candidates and the organization from onboarding to offboarding. - Provide guidance and support to candidates during their tenure at client locations. - Maintain and update candidate records using Excel and other HR tools. - Assist candidates in filling, submitting, and verifying timesheets for payroll processing. - Handle candidate escalations related to timesheets, payroll, and HR processes. - Respond to queries via calls and emails, ensuring timely and effective solutions. - Work closely with the internal HR team to resolve candidate issues. - Coordinate on compliance, onboarding, and offboarding activities. - Ensure smooth onboarding of candidates at client locations. - Manage offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and closure of all formalities. Qualifications required for this role include:
