Analyze customer requirements and propose suitable solutions on Oracle technologies during sales cycles
Assist sales reps in identifying, upselling, and closing sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets
Lead cloud solutioning engagements with potential and existing customers
Support customer organizations in implementing standard methodologies for cloud-based applications
Provide sizing and capacity estimation, develop cost-benefit cases, and exceed revenue objectives through Oracle Cloud Infrastructure adoption
Create and deliver presentations and demonstrations for Oracle Tech solutions to prospects
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle's Database and Public Cloud solutions and competitors, transferring knowledge to team members, Business Development reps, and Sales Reps
Cultivate relationships with key customers
Travel up to 25% may be required
Qualifications Required:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
8 to 15 years of relevant IT experience
Hands-on experience with IAAS or PAAS like OCI/AWS/AZURE
Prior experience in pre-sales or Sales Engineering
Familiarity with Microservices, serverless, DevOps, Containers, Kubernetes, and Cloud native technologies
Strong communication, presentation, and whiteboarding skills
Knowledge of Cloud architecture and solutions such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI
Exposure to Database Technologies, Analytics, Warehousing solutions, Virtualization, Networking fundamentals, Cloud Security, and Application Layer Integration technologies
Cloud Certification on AWS/AZURE/OCI will be advantageous
Exposure to SaaS technologies like Salesforce, Oracle SaaS, Ebusiness suite, Workday
