Job Description: About Organization: Department Overview This role involves planning strategies and considering countermeasures for area expansion and coverage improvement of Rakuten mobile, which is currently a key business in Rakuten Group. This position involves analyzing network (NW) data, creating investment strategies, and achieving operational efficiency and cost reduction through automation of existing tasks. It offers opportunities to experience in project management, network specialized tasks, and logical thinking across a wide range of areas. This recruitment aims to hire and develop talent capable of handling data-driven analysis, strategy planning, execution, and validation. Position Details ・Strategic planning for network data analysis and base station deployment initiatives within Rakuten Mobile. ・Budget planning and execution in conjunction with base station rollout plans ・Providing quantitative reports and assisting in decision-making among executives. Work Environment The team consists of a mix of young employees who joined Rakuten as new graduates and members with experience in telecommunications companies. Typically working in groups of 2–3 members to handle a project. Minimum Qualifications: ・Interested in AI, new technologies, and telecommunications, with a willingness to learn and grow together. ・A proactive attitude toward work. ・A desire for personal growth through work. ・ Those who can work by using Japanese. Preferred Qualifications: ・Over two years of work experience. ・Management experience, such as team leadership, is desirable.
