Utilize 14+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java development, with expertise in Spring Boot, Kafka, Docker, and cloud-based deployments. - Demonstrate strong UI development skills using React JS. - Work with relational databases, such as Oracle. - Develop cloud-native Java backend components for enterprise-grade systems, based on Open Shift or AWS. - Lead large-scale transformation projects within the Banking or Financial Services domain. - Manage stakeholders effectively and possess strong communication skills to influence at all levels. - Apply basic understanding of Camunda BPM for workflow orchestration and process automation, including familiarity with BPMN 2.0 for designing workflows. - Hold a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Design and implement case management or workflow automation systems.
