Apply Data & Evaluation Thinking: Use data to assess whether tools, automation, and workflows are delivering meaningful transformation, focused on outcomes. Apply AI in Context: Use AI tools within V&V workflows, with an understanding of their limitations to improve reliability, transparency, and usefulness of outputs. Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional stakeholders to transform workflows, share knowledge, and support adoption of improved approaches. Maintain Documentation: Prepare and maintain V&V records and supporting materials in line with regulatory requirements. Let's Talk About Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science. 3–5 years of experience in Verification & Validation, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline in a regulated industry. Practical exposure to AI applications in engineering workflows, such as predictive analytics, data classification, or workflow automation.
