Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement: Build strong relationships with employees in different locations by addressing queries, offering support, and ensuring a positive employee experience. - New Joiner Engagement: Organize activities, communicate with new employees, and create engaging newsletters to facilitate a smooth onboarding process. - Attrition Management: Prepare attrition MIS reports, conduct exit interviews, and identify trends to improve retention strategies. - Current Joiner Check-ins: Conduct regular check-ins at specific intervals to ensure new employees integrate successfully into the organization. - Calendar Management: Support senior HR Business Partners by managing their calendars and assisting in organizing engagement activities. - Ad-hoc Support: Assist with various HR tasks such as learning calendar management, creating presentations, preparing MIS reports, and analyzing data. - HR Support: Provide off-roll support for around 1300 employees in the India IIQ business and offer HR MIS/connect support for the CG India team comprising 360+ employees. Qualifications Required:
Prior experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and address employee queries effectively. - Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and identify trends related to attrition and employee engagement. - Proficiency in calendar management and organizing events to support HR initiatives effectively. Role Overview: As an HR Business Partner Executive on third-party payroll within the Corporate Group in Mumbai, you will be a crucial member of the Corporate HR team. Your main responsibilities will revolve around promoting employee engagement, supporting HR Business Partners, and driving HR initiatives in various locations across India, including Mumbai, Chennai, Gurgaon, Pune, and Bangalore.
