Job Title: Task Force Victim Service Provider (“VSP”) Program Manager
Job Status: Full-time, non-exempt, grant-funded
Job Location: North Texas Office
Job Summary: The Tarrant County Human Trafficking Task Force (the “Task Force”) is a collaborative effort among law enforcement agencies, prosecutors, and victim service providers (“VSPs”) striving to eliminate human trafficking in Tarrant County. Since 2020, the Task Force has been: identifying and recovering victims of human trafficking; investigating and prosecuting perpetrators of human trafficking; and making a wide range of restorative services available to survivors of trafficking. The Task Force also provides extensive training to professionals and community organizations. Unbound Now is the lead VSP agency and seeks a highly motivated and skilled individual to: manage the VSP role in joint operations with law enforcement; expand the number of VSP agencies participating on the Task Force; and help facilitate community outreach and training efforts. Job Responsibilities:
Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work, Criminal Justice, or a related field preferred. - Advanced knowledge of survivor advocacy ethics and trauma-informed crisis intervention. - Demonstrated ability to work in a high-speed, professional setting. - Minimum of two years working with a community organization, event planning, or group coordination. - Familiarity with federal grant requirements and data entry/reporting systems preferred. - Preferred direct experience working within a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) or alongside law enforcement and social service providers. Job Requirements:
Mature Christian faith, as evidenced by participation in a local Christian church
Three references (supervisor, other professional, personal)
Agree to and pass all required criminal background checks
Pass employment eligibility verification
Fulfill Unbound Now’s annual and ongoing abuse prevention training requirements
Complete all other required trainings
Demonstrated ability to maintain strict victim confidentiality in accordance with VAWA and HIPAA standards. Physical and Driving Requirements:
Demands include sitting for long periods at a computer and repetitive hand motions from frequent keyboarding. - Demands frequently require close visual attention and prolonged mental concentration. - Demands frequent video calls. - Ability to drive personal vehicles and maintain proper insurance coverage. - Ability to work in unpredictable environments where physical safety and situational awareness are paramount during law enforcement-led operations. - Demands sometimes require the ability to lift loads of up to 50 pounds.
