JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze and understand business processes and translate them into functional requirements and CRM configurations
Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet client business needs including entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules
Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional requirements
Support and participate in QA activities including functional testing, UAT coordination, and defect resolution
Develop functional design documents, solution blueprints, and configuration guides
Identify gaps between business requirements and out-of-the-box CRM functionality and propose appropriate solutions
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional designs are implemented accurately
Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation
Assist in data migration activities from a functional perspective
Support project delivery across the full implementation lifecycle from discovery to go-live
