Job Description Position Summary This role sits within the Technology Services Group (TSG), in which the Sr. Sourcing Analyst will report to the Director of Global Sourcing and will be accountable for managing end-to-end Sourcing initiatives across indirect (and select direct) spend categories. This role partners closely with Finance, Legal, and the business stakeholders to deliver measurable value, mitigate supplier risk, and improve commercial outcomes. The role blends analytical rigor with hands-on Sourcing execution. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Strategic Sourcing and Category Management Financial modeling and Data management Vendor and Contract lifecycle management Fostering and managing Vendor/Client relationships Identifying new ways to deliver value-based Sourcing services (Smarter-Faster-Cheaper) Adept with Procurement Processes, Tools, and Governance Ability to manage multiple Sourcing initiatives simultaneously Strong Communicator (written and verbal) Requirements: Lead and support RFx events from requirements gathering through to contract execution Develop category analyses, Sourcing strategies, and commercial models Conduct market intelligence, supplier benchmarking, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, SLAs, and contract structures in collaboration with Legal Analyze spend data to identify consolidation, demand management, and cost optimization opportunities Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning inputs related to vendor spend Manage KPI and Contract Expiration dashboards Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating requirements into sourcing strategies Maintain sourcing documentation, audit trails, and compliance with internal policies Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve Sourcing processes and tools Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 3 years degree or diploma in Business Management or related discipline OR 5-8 years' experience in Source-to-Pay, Technology Sourcing, Vendor/Contract Management Possessing a Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) or Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation is an asset Working knowledge in the following Sourcing categories is a significant asset: Facilities Office Services Telecom (Wireless & Wireline) End User Technology Can lead the RFx process and Contract Management activities through a structured and well documented approach Can independently analyze, negotiate, and communicate Vendor proposals and contract terms with business stakeholders Possess effective listening, comprehension, and communication skills Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI Working knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) is an asset Organizational and Project Management Skills This role is based out of Brookfield Place (Toronto) and does not require any travelling Salary Range - CAD 85,000- 100,000 Brookfield welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
