Griffin’s Finance team is the engine that keeps a regulated bank running accurately and compliantly. From month-end reporting to audit support, the team manages everything that ensures our financial position is understood, trusted, and acted on. They work closely with every part of the business, translating complex financial data into clear insights that drive decisions — and they’re on a mission to make every process sharper, leaner, and smarter. ## The Opportunity
This is a one-year placement that gives you hands-on experience inside the finance function of a real, operating tech-led bank. You’ll work across everything from journals and reconciliations to AI-powered process improvements, getting hands-on with the platforms and workflows that keep a regulated bank running. From day one, you’ll own real work that the team depends on and leave with practical skills in accounting, systems, and emerging tools that most graduates only encounter in theory. ## What Success Looks Like
In your year with us, you’ll have kept our accounts payable, expenses, and month-end processes running accurately and on time and supported a year-end audit. You’ll have brought genuine improvements to at least one area of our workflows by streamlining something that used to be manual and time-consuming into something faster, repeatable and auditable. ## To Do This You’ll Own
