Run point on our commercial reviews, which split into three main tracks:
Deal Desk: own the review process for Restaurant SMB deals, where Merchant F&S is responsible for managing the workflow and the call on what terms we can offer to strategic merchants. Think of this as managing a broader portfolio of smaller, more standardized deals across our markets. - Restaurant Enterprise: support the Enterprise team on deal modeling and finding the right balance across the P&L on the offers we put on the table. These deals are more tailor-made and often span a single Enterprise brand across multiple markets. - Merchant Fees: translate the deal impact into our Merchant Fee plans and forecasts, so the deals we close are tied back into the P&L outlook. - Partner closely with the local Marketplace leads, and engage with the Sales and Account Management teams in the central Merchant organization
Keep track of the deals we make and keep us honest about how we're actually performing in this area
Actively drive and engage in the annual and quarterly planning processes while then keeping track of development vs plan in weekly and monthly business reviews
Support and educate local teams with best practices and lessons learned from other countries - what kind of structures and terms have we used elsewhere, and which ones tend to bring the best return
