JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title: Relationship Manager - TASC Department: CBG - NDS Rank: Analyst Reports To: Regional Head-TASC Job Purpose (In a brief, specific one or two-sentence statement, answer the questions: "Why does this position exist?" and "What is it expected to accomplish?") Trust, Associations, Societies & Clubs are the untapped segment in our existing system. This segment has the potential to contribute larger inflows on the liabilities front and requires an expertise to identify & source the relationships. With this TASC infrastructure being put in place, as a bank we would be able to garner a sizeable business that would contribute to the overall liabilities balance sheet of the bank. This role will be a combination of both hunter & farmer with enough expertise on both the product & documentation. Key Accountabilities (List the expected end results or KPIs that the job holder is expected to achieve for this job. Do not list more than 5) • Ensure stability of balances/income from existing set of clients and deepen the relationship along with NTB Clients. • Add value to the client and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals. • Use knowledge of various products for deal structuring. • Maintain relationships with Institutions to originate business. • Manage relationship with the customers by increasing the book size. • Acquire and maintain institutional clients for the bank. • Conducting activities for larger penetration in the catchments present. • Increase wallet share by cross selling products to the customer. • Achieve individual targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining high service standard and compliance. • Institutional accounts, Government accounts. • Branch Activation. Job Duties & responsibilities (List the principal duties. Use concise statements that provide a clear understanding of the level of responsibility, complexity, creativity and analysis performed in this position.) • Resource productivity, earmarked for TASC business. • Branch Activation – Creating the mindshare on TASC. • Acquiring new accounts (Current and Savings) from branch catchment area • Quality sourcing of TASC with multiple hooks. • Events to be organized in the Societies/Clubs/Apartments around the branch catchment. • Build strong relationship with internal teams to leverage existing relationships. Training the various channels and segments Required Experience Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in the field of TASC & Govt. business. Education / Preferred Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate Core Competencies • Sales & Networking Skills. Good Communication & Listening Skills • Goal / Target oriented • Good verbal communication skills Technical Competencies • Banking knowledge • Computer Skills and digital knowledge • Good network in the market Work Relationship • Management of existing clients and prospects for acquisition and deepening of wallet share. • Close interaction with Branch Head, Branch Service and Operations team to ensure consistent delivery of volume and revenue targets. • Close and regular interaction with Personal Bankers through joint engagement with clients.
