What you'll do
Do you get energy from leading a cross-functional team towards delivering top-quality products? Do you love collaborating with customers and do you see solutions where others only see problems? Then you are the Team Lead we are looking for. As a Team Lead, you guide the team into a high-performing state: regularly delivering qualitative increments of the product. You do this by making sure the right people are present, the responsibilities are clear and that there’s a supported way of working. Not only within the team but also with the client. You are the main, but not the only, contact point for the client. You will ensure transparency on budget, progress, issues, and successes for both the client and In The Pocket. ### Consistent product delivery:
