FUNÇÕES E TAREFAS: Visitas comerciais para prospeção, captação e fidelização de clientes. Prospeção e captação de projetos de prescrição. Atendimento a clientes (instaladores, distribuidores, gabinetes de arquitetura, engenharias, promotoras e construtoras). Acompanhamento de projetos desde o início até ao fim: Redação de projetos. Coordenação do prescritor desenhador projetista. Preparação, acompanhamento e negociação de propostas e projetos. Preparação, acompanhamento e negociação de propostas. Relações com promotor, construtor e instalador consoante a fase do projeto. Apoio ao pós-venda técnico: atendimento e colocação em funcionamento de instalações de pós-venda. Assistência técnica aos diferentes canais (promotor, construtor, instalador…). Coordenação do pós-venda técnico. Gestor de projetos ao nível da obra (acompanhamento da instalação). Apoio às estratégias de marketing. Gestão de cobranças e acompanhamento de incidências. Relatórios periódicos de gestão (visitas a clientes, propostas realizadas, ...). Intermediação entre clientes e fábrica. Gestor da base de dados dos clientes da sua zona. Apresentações da empresa, catálogos e produtos. Fidelização de clientes.
