About the Role
We’re seeking a commercially driven Customer Success Manager (English speaking) who excels at building strategic partnerships, uncovering revenue growth opportunities, and fostering long-term client relationships. As a trusted advisor, you will ensure customers maximize the value of Workwize while driving upsells, expansions, and renewals. If you thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and love the challenge of delivering top-tier customer support, this role is for you! Your day might include leading a QBR with a prospect. Strengthening relationships with key clients like Friesland Campina, Adyen, and Otrium. Engaging in an upsell discussion or contract renewal, and wrapping up with an internal strategy session on optimizing customer engagement. With diverse client needs, you’ll tailor your approach to deliver customized solutions. Responsibilities
