Masters Degree plus 8 years of experience in key account management in life sciences, healthcare, or related industries
Preferred Fields of Study: Science, Business, or related field
Professional certifications in relevant areas are beneficial
Experience in leading and developing effective sales teams
Strong understanding of clinical, pharmaceutical, or research markets
Business planning and strategic analysis capabilities
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills at senior stakeholder levels
Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital business tools
Project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to collaborate in a matrix organization and guide cross-functional initiatives
Experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Advanced English language proficiency required; additional languages are beneficial
Travel required 30-40% of the time
