Sr. Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop DMS features and software enhancements as per requirements
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle including design, implementation, and testing
• Analyze defects, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them effectively
• Ensure all deliverables meet world-class standards and adhere to tight deadlines
• Collaborate effectively with teams and customers, inspiring them with your communication and problem-solving skills
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members in a fast-paced, agile environment

Qualifications Required:

• Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, EJB, JMS
• Proficiency in Java programming and object-oriented design concepts
• Experience with J2EE, preferably WebLogic, on Unix/Linux platforms
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Impeccable attention to detail and ability to prioritize work effectively
• Ability to work independently and guide team members effectively
