Lead and develop a team of four spanning customer operations, customer experience, and business operations. Set direction, raise the bar, and build career paths. - Own Automaker OEM and aftermarket device partnerships end-to-end, from pipeline development and evaluation through negotiation and ongoing relationship management. - Drive strategic finance and accounting for the company, including financial modeling, burn and revenue tracking, scenario planning, and external financial relationships (R&D credits, tax accounting). - Own the customer experience and operations function, ensuring fleet operators are supported at the highest level while building the systems and playbooks that scale as we grow. - Partner directly with the CEO and leadership team on strategic initiatives, resource allocation, and cross-functional prioritization. - Identify operational bottlenecks and build the processes, tooling, and automation that eliminate them before they become problems. - Deeply understand our customers, our market, and our unit economics — and use that understanding to inform how we operate and where we invest. ### Qualifications
