Office & Workplace Experience Specialist

We are now looking for an Office & Workplace Experience Specialist to join our growing team in Lugano. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and creating a welcoming, professional, and service-oriented environment. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play an important role in shaping the experience for employees, clients, candidates, and visitors interacting with Blockstream and our group. Beyond administration and coordination, this is a highly people-facing role where strong customer service, organisation and communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential. What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):

• Experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, office administration, or similar people-facing roles
• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner
• Deliver a high-quality office and customer experience as the face of the Lugano office
• Support daily office operations and administrative processes
